Our Shipping charge is a flat rate of $8.95 per order. Most deliveries could take in about 8-12 BUSINESS DAYS. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments can be delayed due to the busy holiday season by carriers which is beyond out control. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 3:00 pm (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight.Any address change will be subject to an administrative charge of $15 as Purolator, UPS & Fedex have introduced new charges for address correction.
NOTE: Please make sure the address entered is correct when creating an account including the APARTMENT Number or a BUSINESS UNIT Number if any as well as the correct street number & POSTAL CODE..
Orders ship in 2 days after the order is placed and generally arrive at destination in 8-12 business days when ordered before 3:00 pm (EST). between Monday - Friday. We either ship by Canadapost or Purolator depending on the location and to ensure economies in shipping.PRINTHEADS: Please note Printheads are a special order item (Non Stocking) and take 8-10 business days to ship. NOTE: THERMAL RIBBONS AND PRINTHEADS & OEM ORIGINAL PRODUCTS (OPENED OR UNOPENED) ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON RETURNABLE. ALL ORIGINAL OEM PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED BY THE MANUFACTURER.

If for any reason you wish to return any other item other than the items listed above, You Must have a RMA # (Return Marchandise Authorization) number from us. Please contact us via email to info@barcodedaddy.com stating the reason of return alongwith your full name and order #.. An RMA # shall be issued in 2-5 business days. A restocking fee of 25% shall apply and all charges associated with shipping shall be deducted (on actuals) before a credit is processed to your accoumt. Goods and Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. in its original packaging including manuals if any. No exceptions allowed. All return shippiing charges are the responsibility of the returning party.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE:
On the back of the packing slip or Invoice enclosed with your order, please note the RMA # as well as the reason(s) for return. A credit shall be applied to your account for future purchases. We do not issue any refunds. Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing of your return.
